Our Self Defense Classes are designed to help equip WOMEN with the most effective and personal protection techniques possible. The Instructor has over 25+ years of Martial Arts experience and specializes in Self Defense and Small as well as Close Quarter Combat Weapons Training.

This class is a HANDS ON course that is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. The The content can be taught ONE on ONE or in GROUP /BOOT CAMP STYLE. We teach all Women or a Combination Class.(WOMEN/MEN)

Camps:

We offer a variety of different Camps for our Young Ones! Because, as we all know our children are what are known as ” Soft Targets” or also known as ” Easy Prey” So we offer a couple of different activities:

Kicks For Kids (Ages 5-12)

Self Defense For Kids Abduction Prevention

Both are 1 Day Mini Camps
